Project Case
Things That Matter is an exhibition at the Wereldmuseum exploring culture, identity, and objects with personal meaning.
Many visitors struggle to navigate the exhibition, limiting engagement and impact.
This project focused on service design, exploring visitor needs and developing a concept to improve the exhibition journey.
Through research methods such as observations, interviews, and journey mapping, I designed a multisensory wayfinding system
using scent, sound, and light. The concept offers both a fast, direct route and a slower, reflective path, supported by a
small Blender demo to illustrate how visitors are guided.
